In fact, healthy organizations deliver 3x the total shareholder returns of unhealthy organizations—regardless of industry. In other words, organizational health isn’t just a nice to have; it’s an imperative. How should leaders begin to think about organizational health? Recognizing that organizations are operating in an era where disruption is the norm, we’ve refreshed how we measure organizational health to provide a modern-day approach to building a high-performing culture. During this interactive session with McKinsey Partners Alex Camp and Drew Goldstein, we explored findings from our research and highlighted key management practices (e.g., tech enablement, talent deployment, empowering leadership, and data-driven decision making) for sustained performance and organizational success.
